they place a gnome on a giant wheel and spin it .. watching the torture of a gnome IS the prize!!

if there are no gnomes handy they will also use dorfs or asslings

but really it is some lillu/vaion magic that will give you nice things

The last one I saw handed out 'something' to anyone in range. most got casino coins, dyes or lillu's augmenters, but one of the folks did link a very nice dagger they scored.
This was the one in iceclad a few days back, where vaion insisted on being a weapon rack
