SoD. Today its far less stable than both SoD and T

As already mentioned, SoD is definitely the most stable client by far, even over Titanium. On the SoD client, I have used it since I first started work on making it compatible with EQEmu and can count the unexplained crashes I have had on it with 1 hand (very very few crashes). I am sure if you are boxing multiple chars and zone them all at once, there is a chance to crash on SoD like any other client, but overall stability on SoD is very noticeable.
The SoF client is still very well supported, since most updates to later clients like SoD also apply to SoF. The problem with SoF is that the client itself has a couple of major stability flaws. One of the main flaws is that if you play in windowed mode, there is no way to prevent the window from being resized if you accidentally click the edge of the window, which often leads to a crash or at least a few seconds of screen lockup while it adjusts the size. It also just crashes randomly for unknown reasons.
The only thing that Titanium is better than SoD for is memory usage. If you have low RAM or box a ton of characters, then Titanium is probably your only choice. If you have decent RAM or don't box a ton of chars, SoD is by far the best choice. The list of added features from the SoD client is quite long and well worth it, not counting the new content possibilities it brings with it (5 years worth of expansions). The only other argument I see for Titanium is the item stats window as ChaosSlayer mentioned. It does take a bit of getting used to, but I find it to be quite a bit more organized than the old Titanium item stats window, and works nice for items with tons of stats and such.
Even though Titanium does use less memory, SoD basically has WinEQ functionality built into it, so as long as you have the memory for it, the performance for boxing is quite nice. It generally has much less issues running on newer systems than Titanium does. It supports multi-core CPUs, more resolutions, etc. I have some posts out there that give a fair number of the SoF and SoD features if you look for them.
TLDR Version: SoD is by far the best client
