I really don't think that it will be *that* permacamped.

I think that it might be pretty permacamped for about two weeks maybe three. Then it will turn into a nice place for people to fight over T6 loot.

Not every zone is going to be a nice little guild instance that you never have to fight for. Come on guys where's the sense of competition? It's not like some T8 guild is going to come mow you down just to steal some T6 loot... If you are obviously mobilized to take something down, I'd like to think that most (if not all) of the players on THF are mature enough to let you have your shot.

Don't ruin a good thing (in this case a contested T6+ zone) just because you can't be mature enough to sleep at night.

EDIT: double negative =P

I heard some people are boxing T8 but shhhhh :)

T8 guilds don't care about the loot at all - I'm willing to bet it will all rot. I don't think you realize the importance of augments in this game. The final evolve aug is pretty good and in most ways better than T8 augs. Case in point - Look at The Reaper's augments and see how much he's camped.

One solution I guess would be to just nerf all of the items coming out of this zone. Much like the Ascent, they aren't in-line with other T6 items. (I know they aren't final though :))

Talk about contested spawns makes me think about live, playing on Valon Zek. One of the things I miss the most was the intense pvp with rival guilds just for a shot at taking down a mob. Then of course the flame wars that carried over to the forums. Drawbacks though, sometimes fights were pretty long, then the time to rez our dead, rez there dead and get them out of the zone, then rebuff. Back in the old days a simple single boss raid might turn into 3 hours

I played Ceellron. Did most of my raid days with the HECK alliance and Zephyros. Though i did app to aduentus, but pulled to go with zeph. Definitely had some fun times, i remember alot of fun pvp with aduentus and defiant. Not to much with AD though since we had the time zone difference. I played all the way through the zek merge. Then jumped over to I think povar with a bunch of people from zeph. Then quit a few weeks after
