Yes Umbral will be an open zone very similar to WoS.

It varies between 12ish minutes for those nameds with PH's up to 16 hours for the nameds without PH's

Sneak peak at upgraded class armors. All chest pieces will have a worn2 included on them.

Currently, there are two ways to get the VT raid armor. Option 1 requires multiple items from the zone, as well as a tradeskill component. Option 2, skips the tradeskill component and requires the class armor from DSK3.

You can always just do the quest inside VT and not have to get the HOH/DSK pieces. The tradeskill stuff will be tradeable, but part of the components will only drop from events. So there will be a limited number of upgrades available per clear.

I see the nice worn2 effects, but would it be possible that the clicky gets the reuse time lowered if the effect remains the same? I mean, stats are barely the same since T8, through DSK3. "Only" the worn2 effect is different. Would be nice to have either lower reuse time or big stats upgrade.
I personally would prefer a lower reuse time.

The stats projected in that screenshot are the finalized version. If we increase thing too much then it leave little room for improvements as more content is released.

The worn2 system allows us more freedom to give items nice perks/boosts without infringing on item stats too much. Technically, we could make a 1hp item that has a worn2 that adds 50,000hp. We could never do that with normal item stats.
