For example, the warrior one increases innate mitigation only by 1% every 10% hp lost. While it's not a lot at 90%, when you are being beat on and drop to 10-20% that 8-9% mitigation could be the saving grace needed.
Or the zerker BP. The maximum boost to fury damage is +100%, but the player has to be in combat for minimum 8 minutes to reach that value. From 1s - 7:59 it will vary between 1% and 99% boost.
The worn2 system allows us nearly infinite capability with items now
