Time to lvl to 70?

I was just reading on different sites and heard from a youtube video on THF that lvling to 70 takes hours-days? Did this change or am I just really a big noob and cannot level like everyone else?

If it's your first character, and you don't get any outside help, it will take longer than that to get to 70. If you donor or have someone pl'ing you it can be done in hours.

There is nice content on your way up to 70... I think you will be quite surprised at some of the drops you will see as you grind it out.

Thanks for the quick replies. I am currently lvl 59 and I have loved this server so far. I just found that the jump from the 30-55 to 55-70 content was a big jump for me. I am going back and gearing up my group a little better and completing some of the older quests I did not complete. Thanks guys!

Without power leveling, it can take a few days but it depends on your setup. Pure solo will get stuck and slow down in the 50s and 60s. In a duo or group you'll meet less resistance.

With power leveling, my record is reaching 70 and 2.0 in 5 hours. And that's without xp bonuses (event or gear). So, as you can probably guess, it depends on a lot of variables as to how fast it is. What it isn't is slow xp and what it is, is very fun and there are lots of routes to level 70. So it's not a big deal if it takes some players longer. It only becomes close to a grind in the 50s but there are about 5 zones to enjoy at that stage.

Edit: read your reply with more detail. Just push through to the 60s and xp will start to accelerate.

I am really close to 60 haha. I am really liking the way things are in this server to what Live was back in the day. I had a wizard on prexus that I could not get past lvl 54 for the life of me. I did not have tons of time then and I have less now but I enjoy being able to dungeon crawl with my own group through stuff I was never able to see back then.

54-61 is definitely the slowest part of leveling, but hang in there and, as others said, enjoy the ride
