Welcome to the server 
This is a really friendly community where lots of people like helping others, be it through advice, taking time out to guide you through a zone and sometimes help you take down a troublesome boss.
The content is vast in volume and very well balanced to give a serious challenge but remain fun. The learning curve can be steep in places so be sure to ask for advice. The rewards are excellent and usually well worth the effort. The quests are particularly well designed, starting simple to ease you in and becoming complex stories later on, with unique tasks and challenges to test your brain and not just your DPS.
The classes are very well balanced, allowing you to choose the class you want to play most of the time. Just be aware that support classes generally still function as they would be expected to, so if you don't box it's good advice to make friends and join/form a guild for raid content.
Finally, the support from the devs is second to none. Weekly updates, new content constantly being developed and timely assistance are a feature of this server.

Welcome I played EZ for quite a bit back in it's early stages and here and there around the t5-6 zones, and I can tell you that THF is by far the superior server when it comes to custom content, FRIENDLY and responsive GMs, and quests out the bazoo.
Oh. And I guess THF has an "ok" community too. <cough>
If you run into a rude character on THF, then quickly fly to Vegas because you just saw 1/100000 odds.
