This is a simple non-Journal turn in quest in Tipt given by Misae. She is at the fairy porter zone in, and asks that you give her either A Patch Of Hynid Fur (item 12875), A Shiny Craigbeast Scale, a Stonemite Slime (item 12876) or A Bloody Ukun Fang (item 12877). in return she will give either 100 plat, a Talosian Ring (item 18461), a Craigbeast Bone Ring (item 18493), Hynid Eyeball (item 18494), or an Ikaav Poncho (item 18496)> Unfortunately, she can also give you an error msg saying that you can't have duplicate lore items.

I think there is a direct correlation between a turn in and an item reward:
Slim-->Talosian Ring
Scale-->Bone Ring
Fang-->Poncho
Fur-->Eyeball

Only specific mobs drop the loot items, and they can be seen using the AllaClone.
