some help locating two items

Howdy folks. With the clone down atm I was hoping yall could help me locate two items im aftrer. One is the Hammer of Slowing. Anyone know where this drops or how to go about getting one? The other i believe is called Ice Drop although that may not be the correct name. It is an earring with 0.5 sec clicky root. It comes from Icewell this much i know, and was told by some that its random drop off anything and others that it comes from names so could anyone clarify what i need to be killing in icewell to get this earring? I have cleared the pit several times over and had no luck as well as clearing the castle area and havent seen it. I just want to be sure im hunting the right mobs/area to find this drop.

I think the earing is Pure Ice, and I think its been dropped by any mob, rare if not uncommon in icewell, just like the necklace. I know The Sleeper Drops a hammer like you describe, but I think its called The Hammer of the Sleeper, or somethin like that. I think there is another that is similar, and could be hammer of slowing.. shrug.

Thanks, yes that is the correct name for the earring i think. I guess i'll just need to do some more farming there, need more AAs anyways =)

As for the Hammer of Slowing im sure that is the name and it is a lvl 50ish item, i think required lvl 50. So i would guess it comes from like seb/solb/valor but i have no idea. Anyone know more about this hammer?

*EDIT* wow i was way off on the mobs...here is a link to the Hammer of Slowing you can view the item in the clone but not the mobs it drops from...i was able to get the link by going through my magelo to get it.

Rahlgon spawns down right in front of where AD spawned on live, he is the very front golem in the circle. Has a relatively short respawn (maybe 18 min or so) so he is farmable to get the hammer. Also a pretty easy kill, was able to kill him with just my monk and cleric.

Echo of Sebilis is the mob you're talking about. It drops from him and Rahlgon, they have the same loot tables. Seb/PoV have very similar drops and some bosses have the exact (or very very similar from what i remember from the clone) loot tables, these happen to be one of them.

thanks guys! one more challenge if your up to it. I thought i found it this morning but looking through my history maybe it was on my home computer and not at work, but, can anyone link the 2h blunt staff with the same proc. It is the same lvl range and can drop off names in Seb and SolB.

Froglok Bonecaster Truncheon of Power is the 2h that you are asking about, it drops from either a kobold guardian in naggy's lair or the froglok ostiary in seb.
