Graxis down

Got Graxis finally. Pretty much cleared all named in zone now, but just saw one casting near Graxis. Investigating now.

Myself (Holytoes) and my wife (Arial) got Graxis last night. Still trying to get all the chaotic shards for the rebel leader.

Somehow, my brain was off focus and I neglected to get the SB giants quest, so I'm huntin for those now. At work till late though yet again. Good luck with the shards. They werent too bad I think.

There are 4 spawn points that I know of for the Titans or Giants if you will. They seem to randomly spawn one of the names. I just marked the locs on my map as I found them and ran from one to the other until we had them all. Rarest one for us was Zwei`Go I believe. The spawn timer seems to be somewhere around 30min per. Hope this helps you out some.

I had found the first titan my first day in zone and marked it on map. I didnt know about the titan quest yet. So i had actually been droppin by that spawn pt whenever I was around there. Zwe the snake was my first and the one ive seen the most so far. It would be pretty cool to see next tier bring a boss or 2 that we all have to group up for and defeat. I know the alt-p is really geared for solo/bot, but , but.. sea monster! Anyhows, Im enjoying the content. Its laid out well, balanced well from area to area, and rewarding with upgrades. Still waiting for all 3 of you to complete all 3 required parts for the contest:

Holy/Arial - still need Spirit Weapon each, and class charms (from rebels quest)
Zolz - Champion Neckchain (from Titans quest)

on harder encounters: technically, bosses like Mighty Paw and Muglwump in warrens, and Graxis in Gloomdeep, were designed at the top line of difficulty so they very hard to solo, and groping up would be recommended - but it seems so far Graxis has been handled solo

Well, I think Graxis is about right for the moment. It took me about 4-5 tries, with leveling up tween each, to finally get him at 42 I think it was. The challenge isnt so much with him, but with the nice placement of the 3 mobs inside with him. The resists on pacify can be rough lol. That was with war bot dual wielding crafted tier 1 ss and ls, and pet IV dualing dropped daggers from SB. Basically i got one of the 2 extras first, then had bot on Graxis while I tanked the extra. My goal with his ds was to nullify, but that resisted all the time i think, so I just saved mana for heals. Looking foreward to trying it at a lower level(39-40?) with sk, but not sure which bot Ill go with yet. I still have some farmin and craftin to do yet though for cleric. After the titans of course.. then theres bags to farm/make.. whats a gnome to do.

Yeah Graxis seems about right difficulty wise. Maybe for the next super-boss make him a much higher level then the rest of the zone though. Graxis being only 36 and getting beaten by solo + bot in the low 40's seems right to me. For the next set if the normal bosses are say 55, the super-boss could be around 60 at which point grouping would be more of a required thing to take him down. As for the two spawns next to Graxis, I found with a creative use of different camera angles you can get a target on them to pacify but a resist is what did me in on my first attempt I think.

of course the idea was, that you first get your class charm and full set of Etched armor and tier 2 weapons (spirit infused) before going after Graxis

Had a feeling that should really be the way it should be Chaos. I guess we will wait and see what you do to him lol, before I land there with my next gnome. Should be a couple weeks from now I would say. I would have to think that you would get close to 50 by the time you get yours and bot armor set. I dunno where bp comes from yet, but I have 1 legs done. If you need any specific info for next run, let us know.
