Archtype AA - Finishing Blow

I just noticed tonight that my client no longer lists this AA, however it does list Coup de Grace and Deathblow which are following tiers and require the previous tier.

I'm using titanium client with 4/10 THF installer and 4/17 spells list. Class in question when I checked was a monk.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Hmm, interesting. Now today, it's showing back up.

Must have been a client issue.
