If you guys are looking for classic EverQuest experience I highly recommend playing on Project 1999. It's simply great and truly classic.

Live EQ and their desperate endeavor to mimic classic EQ is just poor compared to Project 1999.

I don't really know Project 1999's clans but if you are looking for a guild(?) you should post on their forums, it's a pretty popular server. Better yet, seeing you are a newly registered first time poster here I'd recommend giving THF a shot!

THF is better than any live server. Only reason I played the progression servers is the forced single boxing rule.
