So I find myself in Steamfront minding my own business when this Gnome walks up and stops.
Maybe it will path away if I dont say anything.
Nope. It just stands there.
So I think dang it I bet Mikuz added that new script where it detects suckers in proximity and pesters them for growth potions or some nonsense.
Heck if I know what it wants, its a Gnome after all.
I toss a couple sprockets towards it. God its a good thing I woke up with a hangover half nakied in the Plane of Innovation this morning.
So this Gnome greedily snags up the sprockets and then goes, "Trying to bribe a Officer of the Law are we!?"
Oh dang it, now I'll need to /tell my lawyer and hope he isnt afk
Yup. Afk. Why do I pay him 3 christmas cookies per day to stay on retainer??
So I look at the Gnome and I'm all "Nope just thought you being a Gnome and all you could use some sprockets"
The Gnome doesnt buy my story but informs me he has a task I can compleat to pay off the fine or I can spend a week in the Akkanon Jail.
Ok I accept your task. Just tell me what to do so I can get on with my day.

Ok so the task is all about some clockwork machines gone wonky in Akkanon.
So seriously why is he out here if the problem is in the city. Some Law Enforcement Gnome this is...

So I follow the directions to where these supposed machines are.
Near this underground lake with a water fall.
Wonder if I toss a gnome off, can it swim?
I make my way down the path and see a door.
Ok guess it wont be to terrible, door means its a improved area. Not a rough hewn out cave.
As soon as I approach the door this clockwork machine comes flying at me with handsaws a whirling. Thing is like a cooked up metallic freddy krugar. This thing probably gave the Terminator nightmares.
LOADING PLEASE WAIT...
Moral of the story, Gnomes are bad, evil, dirty little buggers. I resolve to kill the next one I see.

HAHAH funny for like the first 5 lines then it got old. Remember some people are new to EQ Live or EMu not really funny making fun of people that dont know the game. remember EVERYONE at one point was new, including you GREY, that asked dumbass question and continued on as they had no clue. I find no humor in this. Instead y not try to educate the young lad. Instead of making fun of him.. Shame on you.

If you played eq when this story first came out you would remember it and see the humor in it.
Instead you come here and flame me for some unknown reason.
We use to be tight man and I never treated you wrong.
Maybe you should have expressed your self in another way and sent the insult direct via PM.
