Wall of Slaughter and Noble's Causeway...no XP

Noticed today after these zones were opened that I wasn't getting any xp in either of those zones.

The exp was lowered until an evaluation of the zones can be made. (no eta)
These zones were opened up soley for exploration
These zones were NOT retuned for balanced gameplay

When a GM gets time and decides to take on this project these zones might be retuned but no eta at this time.
