Tower of frozen shadows.

I've been sitting in tower of frozen shadows for over 2 hrs on the floor with the cooks. the cook that drops the key to the next floor has never spawned. i have tried bringing in another toon to wipe the 1st, and 2nd floor, and nothing. Also on live Tserrina dropped a master key to zone up to her floor from the 1st. is there possible a way to put the master key back in?

You are just having bad luck. I had to get that key 8 times, some i would get on 1st clear, others would take hours
