Feeling extreme latency in Shadow Haven

Good Evenign Developement Team,

I will like to highlight to you after multiple login attempts and crashes I have decided to report this zone to be looked at. Both my friends and I encounter high latency issue when we zone into this server. We have tried in the morning, noon and evenings and the results were the same.

Just voicing out here due to frustration. Please do take a look. I have provided images as support.





The latency increases over time even when my character is stripped down to spline and i was looking at the wall.

Good evening - I'm sorry to hear about the zone trouble. If I understand you correctly, this lag is exclusively in Shadow Haven? All other zones are okay?

We have had lag in Shadow Haven in the past, but haven't had reports of it for quite some time. I just checked it out, myself, and had much lower latency than you, but still a little above average compared to other THF zones:


Geographically, I'm in the United States. From what country are you connecting?

thank you for your prompt reply. I am connecting from Singapore. Most of the zones average around 200-300. Only shadow haven is giving us problems.
