Chaos after reboot

Zoned in just after reboot and says,

This event has not reset yet. Please waist a little longer before trying to start this event.

Waited 30 mins so far after zoning out a few times and still waiting..

Anyone killed Chaos recently, after/before reboot?

I know he was killed before reboot, but not sure on time. Somewhere around 12 hours ago? Not sure if he was dropped again after that, but before reboot.

I killed Chaos approx an hour before reboot. Doubt it should've let anyone zone in since the event would've been down for another 3-4 hours at least. Did confirm though that it let me zone in after reboot, but event wouldn't trigger. Gave the message that it the event hadn't reset yet, try again soon, etc. etc. Got the same message for twins when we zoned in (I'm not sure how long before reboot he had been killed. Wasn't me, I swear! )
