I'm sorry if this is a known issue, but it seems like The Hidden Forest is having trouble currently. When I try to zone in I get disconnected and when I load back in none of the NPCs seem to work, at least Sune and the spell/disc trainer. I'm super not tech savvy so I don't know how to investigate further than this.

I mean I can play just fine. It's just the starting zone that is giving me trouble. Someone else said it was giving them trouble as well. Maybe it is just me. /shrug

My apologizes, it's the Shadowed Grove that is giving me/having issues. The problem seems to be with spells/disciplines. The butt bot NPC wont cast on me when I interact with her, and the NPC that teaches spells/discs wont teach me anything new. Additionally all my characters with actual spells (cleric, shaman, bard) all lose their spells inside the grove, as soon as they zone out they get them back. The spells don't even register in their spell books. The other issue is that it seems like after about 5 minutes in the zone I get DC'd. This appears to be regardless of interaction with any of the NPCs in the zone.

Yes, several times. From what I gather, everyone else on the server is having the same problems. Take a walk into the Grove and try to buff yourself, or just wait 5 minutes and you'll DC.

It's someone (un?)intentionally crashing the zone with his bot. I'd appreciate if the bug would be reported and how to reproduce it. When you keep doing something and you get disconnected every time (zone crash) then it's obviously a bug.

Forgive me, I'm being 100% not sarcastic, but isn't that what I'm doing with this thread? I don't know why or how it's happening, just that it is. That's why I'm reporting it here. I've provided all the information on the matter that I have. Seems to be something to do with ALL spells. Casting and learning are both impossible in the zone from what I can see. Additionally spells that have previously been learned (in the spell book) do not render in the spell book or bar.

I'm new here so I don't know all the ins and outs yet. I'm just trying to help so I can get my cleric to learn his spells, dudes being a bum at lvl 35 with a lvl 10 heal.

When I zone in the zone its wiping the buffs from character when you zone in. Can't redo clickies or self buffs. When you use Sune you immediately start losing connection. When i zoned in and didn't use Sune i didn't have a problem with losing connection. When i zone out to guild hall all my clickies can be rebuffed and i can self buff just fine.

I also tested the Sune in the Guild Lobby and she Buffs just fine. No disconnect.

The Vale also test out ok.

Maybe Sune was sad to see the Halloween decorations were taken away?

I can confirm this is happening.

We'll look into it this morning but for now please use Sune in thv or guild Hall if possible.
