Game crashes when I try to zone into tier 1-5

Well after testing
In VT instead of my group being split into 3 groups of 2
they are split into 2 groups of 3, so i still can't do my epic 2.0 or even start it.
also /petition is not working, and I need help, I was trying to give a Token of Xegony With my Mage Morrigar to my Necro Ilissia it turned into a no drop ring when I tried to pick it up and I do not have another. I was going to take it to POG to get T5 flagged on Ilissia.
