Warrior Epic 3.0 EK Fragment of a Brave Soul

I hate to keep bothering folks about the epic, but I seem to be stuck here... the NPC "Fragment of a Brave Soul" is referenced to have spawned in EK at the top of the ramp next to HH zone line. I don't see any discussion about scenarios where it may be down at all, or some mechanism therein.

I don't understand your question, if there is any. You don't find it or you don't know what to do ?
It's indeed on the ramp leading to HH. And if you don't know what to do...well...he asks you to be brave so...jump...and feel the law of gravity

He's not there. I can't /tar it either, so I'm assuming nowhere in zone.
