It wasn't really an issue until the server reached a certain population count and the more popular the server becomes the more of an issue it is becoming.
The other issue is performance. On my PC things aren't so bad but when the forest is full of AFK players it does have an impact and it is annoying to have lots of players sat AFK in certain locations. It's a small zone, so everyone is crowded in a small region and the zone is also full of NPC models. This all makes the zone quite laggy for less capable machines (I've tried it on one

). Hubs are designed as a place for people to congregate and that's fine but when 50% of them are AFK for hours on end?
Perhaps provide a truly AFK zone where people can go to AFK train (so move the zombies there) and just sit online if they desire - but any other zone I'd suggest a time-out that kicks inactive players (no human input) that have been inactive for longer than, say, 20 minutes. If this is even possible.
It's a minor niggle right now but it could become a real issue eventually, if the server continues to attract more new players.
