Farm Exceptional Shissar Blood in Shadowhaven (Drop Chance 50% from Trash) or Ssraeshza Temple Trash with a lower drop-chance.
Depends on your killing-rate, i farmed over 1000 in 2-3 sessions, while PLing some new people.
