backstab issues ?

Hit CTRL + C and see if Backstab is listed on one of the keys. If not that is why its not working. Add it =) 90% sure that is the issue.

Oh, I did, trust me. I'm thinking of biting the bullet and just getting the UF client. I've heard it's a lot better for multis, anyway. I am only using Titanium because I had it for a brief stay at p99

In case you don't yet know, UF is usually missing a few zone files for zones that are available on THF. I recommend that you do the following:
[1] Maintain a clean copy of each client that you have with no custom server files and tuck that away for safe keeping.
[2] Assemble your THF version of the client, and copy the zone files from Titanium over to the Underfoot client. Don't let it overwrite the ones that exist, but instead just let it fill in the missing ones.
[3] Use the THF patcher to get the custom files up-to-date.
