Vex Thal Augments

Sorry, I missed your response! Here are the drops for the augs.

Diamond Shard (122487)
Crystal Shard (122486)
Ebony Shard (122488)
Iron Shard (122490)
Jade Shard (122489)
Onyx Shard (122491)
Pearl Shard (122492)
Topaz Shard (122493)

Part of the problem is the components are rare then when you take into account the usefulness of each it makes the ones you want extremely rare.

Diamond Shard (122487) ~Useful, basically every class can use it. I don't necessarily like the no AC thing but its still good.
Crystal Shard (122486) ~Useful
Ebony Shard (122488) ~Not sure why anyone would use this one out side of you have a open aug slot and nothing else to go into it.
Iron Shard (122490) ~Useful, Not quite sure if its <>= to the T8 type 16 but I have been farming it.
Jade Shard (122489) ~Useful to melee, Again wish it had AC but I have been using it.
Onyx Shard (122491) ~Not useful, If you have an open weapon aug you could use this but it has no Proc and giving up an aug that has a proc does not appear to be a good idea. Maybe I am wrong but I really don't use this one.
Pearl Shard (122492) ~ Not useful. I do hear rumors and stories of these so called rangers and there bows but I think they are now extinct.
Topaz Shard (122493) - Not Useful. Chances are the whole raid may need a total of 1 for the zerk. But that's it.

I am farming for augs, which are rare and only 4 of the 8 are useful to me. "Crystal, Diamond, Iron, or Jade." I have stopped looting the others.

The following changes will be live with the next reboot:

Vex Thal:
o Mini-bosses throughout all phases now have a 25% chance to drop Etched Pattern of Power.
o Mini-bosses throughout all phases now have a 50% chance to drop an Augment piece.
o Bosses in Phase 1 and Phase 2 now have a 75% chance to drop an augment piece.
o Bosses in Phase 2 now have a 15% chance to drop a class specific item (increased from 5%).
o Talriem event now has a 100% chance to drop 2 augment piece.
o Talriem event now has a 20% chance to drop a class specific item (increased from 10%).
o Talriem event now has a 10% chance to drop a rare item (increased from 5%).

Not a huge dramatic increase, but a starting point to see how it pans out. I just finished getting internet and everything set up here at my new house so been trying to catch back up with all the PMs and requests.

Just correcting what you said : phase 2 boss actually have a 10% chance to drop class item (according to allaclone), so you are boosting it by 5% and not by 10% like you mentionned (so you can boost it to 20% instead of 15% like on Talriem !).

And by the way, when is next reboot scheduled ?
