Automation Healing Bot

OK, after a little more playing it seems like only some of my toons are getting the automaton healing. Malistari gets healed, but Gurneyman does not. This healing/not healing is persistent across sessions (log out/back in doesn't make a difference).

Usually Vaion is fixing the automation bot issues but he's afk until next week. I'll see if I find the issue.
