Currently they have very poor aggro at all. I pull off sarcon with simply auto-attack and this is even with the aggro upgrade they just got in the ToV pants and PoFire 25% aggro mod. We tested it last night with the frenzied slayer.

Yeah SK's are meant to be AE aggro kings, pallys aren't meant to be single target aggro kings. They need to be fixed so that this happens. Tyler is trying his best, but +hate sucks on emu apparently.

dont forget jerant i also had http://clone.thehiddenforest.org/spell.php?id=3410 on me (i can confirm that the buff works because i can notice a agro diff when i use it), but yeah unfortunately we have crap for agro (also like a mentioned before our SW is on a 1hr reuse while your def is what 10 min?), also gloves are must equip to use ( so gotta snag out bag, equip then click), and sometimes they missfire as any clicky with recasts can.

back on subject i think a good way to address druids would be to extend skin of reptile duration and maybe boost its frequency a bit ( would be wonderfull if proc rate could depend on dmg recieved ( IE mob hits you for 50 dmg its got a low %, but when mob hits you for 10k its got a high %)) but im sure that would be a coding nightmare, ohh yeah necros could also use alot of work to, easiest fix would just to lower resist rate on their dots considerably rather than alter their dmg.

An interesting idea in that post Sarcon that got me thinking about some ideas. I know that it's possible within the melee calculations to mitigate percentages of damage. How possible is it to calculate a percentage of (possible) incoming damage and return a check for a defensive proc to heal the wearer off the buff by that percentage? So no matter the encounter, the buff retains it's full usefulness...for example (just throwing out an idea), if the heal was 25% of the sum of the minimum and maximum hit of a particular npc, a successful defensive proc on a swing from an npc that does between 1000 and 4000 (sum = 5k) damage a swing would be 1250 hp healed. Or if the npc has a range of 3k - 7k, the heal would hit for 2.5k hp. Obviously not a perfect system, due to the sporadic effects of the RNG, but you get the general idea....

On that same train of thought, what about a damage shield that operates in a similar fashion? Each hit is separately calculated and gives damage to the npc based on a percentage of that hit. So for example, for the sake of even numbers, let's say the damage shield does exactly 5% of each successful hit. Mob hits player with the damage shield buff for 3000, and in turn takes 150 points of damage from the damage shield (or if the hit lands for 300, npc only takes 15 points of damage). This way, the damage shield scales through all content, and all encounters.

If this is possible, it could open up a whole new uniquely useful line of utility buffs for druids that could make them desirable.

Edit: Just a fun idea to toy with, I haven't the slightest clue on how possible that is to code....

it was always the warrior disc, but as I discussed earlier, you have our best tanking disc as a clicky on your kael gloves, so that advantage is gone.

Correct me if i am wrong but don't get warriors the same disc on the gloves? So you can click gloves and still use your real disc defensive and basically. That's a pretty advantage right here. (let me know if i am wrong but that's what i wanted!)

Anyways, back to topic of class tweaking ideas)

War gloves appears to be only focus of echo of anger, no clicky effect.

I voted for Rogue, because solo-wise, it's the only class of the ones I play that have a really hard time in (of all places) Guk, even with a Cleric bot backing me up.

IMHo as a rogue you need someone else to tank - I recommend Paladin as bot, not cleric
