Speak to him and go through his text. He will then hand you a bag and send you on your way to say " Trick or Treat " to some NPCs around the forest and collect their candy. Below I will list the NPCs and the candy they give:

Darton the Blademaster - Pumpkin Candy
Gondon - Gnomish Candy
Gorgoza the Headhunter - Crystallized Candy Corn
Lilly - Candy Corn
Moarn - Rock Candy
Moosher - Haunted Candy Apples
Organ - Caramel-Coated candy Apple
Queen Adrianne - Fiery Rock Candy
Vlar - Candy Jack-o-Lantern
Wimbledink - Sweetened Rock Candy

Return the combined result to him and you are rewarded with the following :

- Giant Lollipop x5
No Trade/Temporary
Primary/Secondary
+25 STR/DEX/STA/WIS/INT/AGI/CHA
+350 HP/MANA
+25 SV Fire/Disease/Cold/Magic/Poison
+20 Regeneration
+20 Mana Regeneration

This is a snack!

Note : If you have picked up any of the candies above on any of your other holiday adventures the NPC will not hand you that piece. You can still use the candy sitting in your inventory if it is the same piece needed though.
