I click off my buffs, zone and all the buffs are back. :(

does this happen for any and all zones? or just hub zones like the forest, vale, guildhall?
what client?

Yes - all toons. Have Titanium. Logged off last night. Going to log in and check them now.

is it happening for all zones? or just when you zone to/from hub zones like forest, vale, guildhall?

Had to log off, did it still do this after you died?
