Little prog to check if your cores are parked and option to unpark/park em without editing the registry yourself

Will need to restart the computer after you did changes with the prog.

Great find! Thank you for this. Was new news to me and seems to have helped with EQ and some other games as well.
I highly suggest everyone checking to see if your CPU uses this "feature" and to try turning it off.
