spell recast issue with clicky iteams

I am having some issues with my clicky iteams that have recast timers.
specific iteams "belt of the dragon" "chain tunic of the fail"
I have tried to reload the current spell file still give me the recast timer error

This is not an official response, you'll need that from Lillu or Tyler. However, I will give you some background info.

There are only 10 recast timers that we use so every single clicky item shares recast timers with others. Some overlap and some don't ... for example my canni click overlaps with my divine intervention click. We have them arranged so that clickes of the same type should overlap.

So in conclusion, it could be that these two overlap on purpose, although I'm not sure about it ... a pet and a focus buff seem pretty different to me Let's see what they say.
