3 charcters only? sigh another server forcing guild raids..

Well I stopped logging on after the leveling up my 5 characters from lvl 55 to 70 after the exp change (NOT fun). Now the number of boxes are limited so..was fun while it lasted. I enjoyed the content and even contributed (pre-exp change), but limiting me to 3 boxes...not the way I play. Thanks for the brief fun but not sure I'll be spending any time here....I don't do raid guilds anymore.

We believe 3 people to box is a good compromise in limiting people what they are able to do (3 boxes + 3 bots is still a full group) and enabling people to solo high end encounters.

Between my husband and I, we currently have 5 characters that we play on 2-3 computers. He usually plays 2, I play 3. Because we're networked, and have the same IP address, does that mean we'll only be able to use 3 characters now?

Also, I'm not able to log in. I changed the eqhost.txt file to Host=64.120.211.247
Is that correct?

If it works, you actually want it to say:

Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998

This is because if the IP ever changes (especially with the recent host swap), the one you put won't work, but the one I posted it will follow. This one is your first choice, but if it doesn't work, the one you posted should work.

I did not level a shamy, I decided to go for both druid & chanty...Seems I am screwed now - I do not understand why you set up stupid 3 max char per IP rule:/ 2-3 players on THF can really kill raid boss with their own crew and I think only Jeido is handling ToV & ST. Why the hell you set up rules for these 2/3 players ?!?

Really, I do not find anything to do with 3 char - and please do not tell me bots, I hate bots.
The only fun I had was to gear slowly my 6 crew in ToV - cant group a lot as I have the baby which can keep me away anytime so cannot propose to gorup to others atm...

I like this change, at least temporarily to see how it impacts the server.

+cleric bot

Using words like tank, dps, shaman is nearly all classes? Out of 16 classes you are saying that the only ones excluded are bard, druid, and cleric. I guarantee you people will choose bards and clerics ... so just druids which there was never any anyways?

*Edit* Ah, forgot beastlord ... sorry Bresh But I think beastlord DPS could use some work anyways.
