More can of worms ;) I think doing it per Guild is a pretty good idea. Whatever issues arise within the zone, they will be dealt with INTERNAL, or in other words, neither in my PM box nor on the forum :lol:

hehe!

And btw, it is quite easy to check who got unguilded then guilded again (espescially if you have lots of characters in that case) if they want to raid high content twice every 24hours - "Warning - check - banning" isnt fun but would be necessary.

Not sure real unguilded could go past ToV (ST/PoF) so we could maybe face the exploit on ST/PoF/PoA.

Note: Make guildremove command disable and need Gm assistance for that? :D

Totally unbelievable that we now have to think about those possibilities from players in THF...

Unbelievable? No, It's the nature of the beast. People want items. When zones are down, people do what is AVAILABLE to them to get those items. This is why I am suggesting this BEFORE it goes live so that this does NOT happen. It's in attempt to be helpful. On live if this was used nothing would happen to them but it would not happen because testing would show this before it went live... hence I'm trying to help and let you know of possible exploits.

To be honest Desimus, we never faced that "nature of the beast" before - it is quite new on the server :roll:

We were used to have only mature players giving their best to help both Tyler & Lillu building this excellent server, creating new/exciting encounters (like the Fenin cycle), working on tradeskill & custom content etc.. and were not looking for items whatever way they obtain them.

By the way, I am sure of one thing. Content will not follow high playtime players and I am pretty sure that some people will be frustrated soon ....And peace will come back in the wonderfull server of THF. We just need time :)

any news on the max limit a person can box on the server? was it lifted back to unlimited or is it still three?

After reading the first two pages of the responses i've noticed 2 main reasons for allowing 6-boxing.

1) People playing at non-peak times not having enough people on to group with.
2) People with time constraints with the amount of time they can play.

Regarding these two problems I voted yes with restrictions. The restriction being that 6-boxing only be allowed on non-peak times. This allows for both those who play at odd hours and those with time constraints to continue through content when no one is around. For during peak hours there are usually enough people on to do groupable content so make a few friends by helping people out when they need something and they usually return the favor.

Pretty sure this topic is decided. At least I hope it is as I 6box.
However, I am not sure why people care if those of us 6box do so. I have never encountered any 6box player not share a spawn or do anything that would make anyone unhappy. If it is so those that don't box have someone to group with, then I think that is kind of stupid. I don't like anyone forcing me to group and, to be honest, even when I played one character I soloed most of the time. If I want to group, I will. If I want to solo, I will.
I think letting people play how they want is what keeps them coming back and not trying to force them into playing the way that you want them to.
