Problem with spells

Hey GMs and devs.

Thanks for a great EQ mod.

My GFs char, called Annalucia, got a problem with her spells. Some of her spells are showing as a red square in her book and some buffs are the same. I had the same issue with a shaman of mine, but I solved it by deleting the spells from the book and rescribing them.

Problem is, she cant delete them from the book. When she rightclick a spell, she can swap it but the option to delete it simply isnt there. Ofcourse we tried to press all the various keyboard delete options. I should also add, she got the new spell file but I suspect that she had the project1999 spellfile when her char was created.

When the wife creates a new char, does she also have the problem with red crosses?

It's most probably because you played on P1999? That server patches the the client and will result in such things.

I suggest you to do a clean install (name EQ directory to something else than the original name too)
