i got in, LD'd, login was down again.

It's up. If you still cannot log on go to Start>Run>CMD>ipconfig /flush dns

If that still doesn't work then change your EQhost file to this:

[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998

Just fyi. I think they changed something again, since I got a timeout error since yesterday. I had to change back Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998 to Host=eqemulator.net:5998. now it works fine.
