Honestly I don't normally pay attention to my combat window unless a mob or two are pwning me. But once I saw this thread I went back through my logs and saw the issue.

After the reboot about 10 minutes ago Power of the Shadows is finally "fixed"!

As expected, Power of the Shadows is currently proccing Strike of the Knight (which is what we wanted I assume), which is one SID up from the one listed in the database for the spell. Still a very weird bug, but at least the spell is finally functioning as originally intended now.

Yea - i'd call it a bandaid fix at best. It's still much better than SK soloing the entire server

That is stage 2

Well what i ment to explain but didn't, was that with the recent "bug" version of this spell we are able to solo incredibly well too well infact, while fixing this does increase our dps which is nice. I wanted to have a happy medium as their is no L70 lifetap proc spell i was hoping this could fill the gap essencely. Being able to do some dmg and make up for some of our survability loss with the recent fix.

EQ was never ment to be solo by the way Only EMU servers are solo, because peeps are no longer that fanatic like we were on those days.
