Multibox and General Questions (Newbie THF)

I am a newcomer to THF and I really like how fast you can level without any outside help by just doing the newbie quest posted in the Quest Guide Section. I started about 2 weeks ago. I plan to 5 box + bot eventually. I would have the following setup for good dps an easy maintenance:
War (lvl 38)
Cleric (lvl 36) + rogue bot
Ranger (lvl 44)
Ranger (to be created)
Ranger (to be created)

I am currently at the LGuk stage with War, Cleric and a Ranger. Since I am not a pro at boxing I am having difficulties with the 3rd account because I want the Ranger to simply autofire but I only have the standard bow.

1. Where Can I get a decent bow at lvl 44? I tried the bazaar but there was only 1 vendor.
2. What macro setup are you using? What I am doing right now is pull with Warrior after I pacify with cleric then alt-tab to cleric where I have one macro that assist War, send the bot to assist and cast a DD. I also have a macro that targets War for healing.
On my Ranger I have a macro that assist war and autofire but no doing much damage atm.

I know need to make sure that my general assist macros are on the same hotkey number to minimize the time I stay on a given character. But other then that do you have any suggestions that would help?

Ranger Bow dmg doesnt really come into it's own till after 70 and a couple AA's imo so might want to melee with him for now. Also couple of the other emu servers I have seen 3 ranger teams own but here on big boss fights there dps isnt as insane as others. The other classes bring more to the table on this server but understand choosing the 3 ranger combo for its simplicity.

I'd swap a shaman with one of the rangers. Having 2 healers makes going through content in the later stages alot easier and they have some pretty nice group dmg buffs once you get ToV armor and epic 1.5 / 2.0. I guess 3 rangers could work, somethings to consider is perma rooted bosses (reduced bow dmg) and getting gear for all 3 is gonna take longer than say with a monk/ranger/berzerker setup.
