From SoF to Titanium

I went from having SoF to Titanium and I had 2 drakkin toons... When i logged onto Titanium to change the appearance since it doesn't support the Drakkin it keeps telling me I cannot change my appearance under this Illusion.. I need 2 know if there is a way to change the toon because the toons are bald..

the client thinks that you under illusion cause T doesn't support that race model
Any changes must be done via SoF client
