Couple different issues.

Firstly, concerning my wizard.

With bard song Song of the Orcslayer (40% spell dmg increase) and Godly Conversion 1, she readily crits for 93,500 with chaotic detonation. Finally got GC2 on my shaman, which should be a 5% dmg increase (making crits 98,175 if math serves me right), however I gained nothing.

Also attempted to add bard 2.0 buff Spirit of Vesagran, which should add 80% more spell dmg and my crits on CD only went to 110,500. They should be 176,715 (assuming 98,175 crit before 2.0) with song + gc2 + bard 2.0

Bard 2.0
8 : Effect type : Increase Mana by 150 per tick (total 0)
9 : Effect type : Increase Spell Damage by 80%
10 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 30%
11 : Effect type : Limit: Spell Type(Detrimental only)

Song of the Orcslayer
1 : Effect type : Increase Spell Damage by 40%
2 : Effect type : Increase Haste v3 by 40%
3 : Effect type : Limit: Effect(Hitpoints allowed)
4 : Effect type : Limit: Max Level (70)
5 : Effect type : Limit: Spell Type(Detrimental only)
6 : Effect type : Limit: Target ( excluded)
7 : Effect type : Limit: Target ( excluded)
8 : Effect type : Limit: Target ( excluded)
9 : Effect type : Limit: Target ( excluded)
10 : Effect type : Limit: Target ( excluded)
11 : Effect type : Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed

Godly Conversion 2

2: Effect type : Increase Critical Dot Chance by 15%
5 : Effect type : Increase Critial Spell Chance by 15%
6 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 15%

There shouldn't be any stacking issues here.

Even if the bard song and 2.0 don't stack, I still should have gotten a 5% increase going from godly1 to godly2.

I dont see what the problem here is. Focus effects do not stack like other effects, you get the highest value on an item + spell + AA(eg if you have 2 spells or 2 items with different values then you only get the highest in each category).

As to your wondering why you dont get 5% more... 5% more what?

This:
Increase Spell Damage by 80%

is not the same as:
Increase Critical Spell Chance by 15%

I believe he was talking about the difference in the Damage Modifier from Godly 1 to Godly 2:

Godly 1:
2 : Effect type : Increase Critical Dot Chance by 10%
5 : Effect type : Increase Critial Spell Chance by 10%
6 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 10%

Godly 2:
2 : Effect type : Increase Critical Dot Chance by 15%
5 : Effect type : Increase Critial Spell Chance by 15%
6 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 15%

It appears that this does not increase spell damage, rather, critical chance for spells.

Correct me if im wrong.
Thanks for the memories.

I had written that in my post but deleted when I thought it sounded condescending to say that effect only applies to melee dmg.

But since its not common knowledge, that effect does not apply to spells.

GC does, in fact, increase spell crit dmg (the context of the OP).

I don't know the mechanics, but your numbers are caps I see as well. Hope you get this answered to your satisfaction.
