How was it previously scaled?

it was hitting for way to much, my fresh 70 bst it was hitting for 1400s

Just to clarify, as I have seen some OOC comments on this:

It was not a "nerf".

Somehow something went wrong and the pets were hitting for WAY more than they should of lately -- even BLs were surprised. So it was fixed to what they were suppossed to be hitting for.

1400s at a fresh 70 is harder than my sune buffed true warder hits. Not a nerf for sure, but I wish I had parsed the difference for giggles.

focused with augmentation of true order it was hitting for 2183 lol.

Did this also affect True Warder?

No, it didn't. I wish it had as my true warder hits for 1200-1600ish raid buffed with t6 focus.
