The spells tab in GamParse only detects casts and fizzles. If you want your resists, you actually have to compare the Spells tab to the log search function.

It doesn't have any problems parsing actual damage, other than the fact that there tends to be about 10-30 seconds at the end of each fight where you've backed off the mob, but the parser is still considering the fight "active" because your DoTs are still going. This drags down your average DPS a bit.
