Nerva have access to Seeds client to try and purchase it?

Nope, Titanium's all I got. Strangely, I was able to purchase it yesterday no problem, but now there's other AAs that I have the points for, and the prereqs for, but can't buy.

I've gotta do some more looking into the problem to see if there's a pattern to this.

Any chance this is being looked at?

As a necromancer with both pet discipline AAs purchased the /pet hold command still does not function on the Underfoot client.

The command seems to work on the SoD client though.

doesnt work on my BSt either with UF, hvent loaded SoD in forever so cant confirm if it works or not on that class - i assume since its an aa that multiple classes share theres no difference b/w classes tho with it working or not.

Aye, any resolution to this would be amazing. Spamming people with pet back messages is fun and all, but :P

Running SOD client. No pet feedback off the commands on my beastlord

its a issue with UF only it seems. I have limited play time so I took this on as a personal project to see if I can fix it on my test server and learn how to do something other then break it every time I reboot ;)
Has anyone posted on EqEmu forums?

I'm running Titanium.

/pet hold works fine, get a pet response when I use it but /pet focus and /pet no cast are broken pet doesn't say anything and keeps being a hard head on who he wants to hit.

I have a Mage and Nec in my box crew and was having problems with crashes with Titianium. Pet Hold was working with TI.

I upgraded to UF and noticed Hold did not work. There is a known bug listed at the EMU site.

My fix was to go back to Ti for the Mage and Nec.

This seems like it is possibly fixed in a more current eqemu revision? Any chance of this fix being added to THF?

There were three issues here.

The first is that when you type /pet hold in Underfoot, the client now appears to check if you have that ability before sending it to the server, whereas before the client sent it regardless and let the server decide if you could use it.

There were no rows in aa_effects for Pet Discipline (AAID 288 ), which didn't really matter in prior clients due to the above.

The command code for /pet hold needed translating to the code used by previous clients. This is in Rev1821.

The aa_effect rows for Pet Discipline are:

Code: Select all

INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '1', '257', '1', '0');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '2', '267', '1', '31');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '3', '267', '1', '32');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '4', '267', '1', '33');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '5', '267', '1', '15');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '6', '267', '1', '16');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '7', '267', '1', '17');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '8', '267', '1', '18');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '9', '267', '1', '19');
INSERT INTO `aa_effects` (`id` ,`aaid` ,`slot` ,`effectid` ,`base1` ,`base2`) VALUES (NULL , '288', '10', '267', '1', '20');

BST using Titanium client, /pet hold AA works fine, but /pet focus doesn't seem to have any effect.
