Everything can be found off mobs in North Karana except for the Sweet Pumpkins. Those are only in West Karana and drop off the Pumpkin Eating Vampires. They are trade-able so you can buy them off players or make an alt to go farm them since the zone lvl req. is lvl55 and below.

Once complete your rewarded with the following :

-Sugar Covered Lollipop x1
+35 AC
+5 STR/DEX/STA/WIS/INT/AGI/CHA
+300 HP/MANA/END
