bot spamming buffs

having problems with some of the bots a noticed it on lv70 ranger and shammy they seem to be chain casting buffs

yes pali bot messed up too.. casting over and over.

Cleric bot is also chain-casting Aura of Devotion.

All bots casting buffs are going to be messed up till I fix it in the morning

Should be fixed now. Let me know if they are still spamming buffs.
