Crazy Busy RL

Hey THF,

Been crazy busy in RL. Work, daughter's guardianship, trust, other applications, more work and karate. Got my black belt Shotakan Karate in June of 2013, and started studying Iaido in March of 2013. Got my Iaito (UN-sharpened) katana in May of 2013, it is 27.75 inches long and it feels good. I am glad it is not a real sword, because I would be typing this with my the stumps of my fingers. Maybe in 2 to 3 years I can get a real blade.

Miss everyone in THF. BTW - Lillu those BPs are amazing!

I wish i knew the names of some of the swords i got. Started a collection when i was younger, And then first kid came and all went into box's. Got a few real ones that I can understand how you could cut someone in half........ Be careful if you get one of them. I bumped it off mantle when I first got it an it went straight through the leather boot sitting on the floor (thank god it wasnt my foot). Now i have them all boxed up and hidden from my kids....

The quest of life is the longest one....But the most rewarding. Glad to hear things are going good for you man. Congrats on the black belt!
