instant clickies?

What instant clickies do people use for there melee for the sleeper fight? Never really had to deal with dispelling mobs and looking for suggestions. The obvious one is the face/range ones that drop in ST but what others are out there that are easy to get?

a lot of the clicky buff items from the 55-70 zones from named mobs are instant cast. also the chaotic armor legs buff. just some ideas off the top of my head, there are plenty more.

I remember that when I started killing it with my 3 toons + bot I was using cleric bot that was insta casting 4 resist buffs. Just make a hotkey with 4 lines to make him do that and you will be good on your tank. If you want insta clicks (or close), like Sticky said, there are few items in levels 55 zones or quests like DS ring that is not insta but can be casted by someone else (CoM ring).

We used the cleric bot on sleeper also, when sleeper was the top end boss ! and back then we thought this fight was hard ...

bot with a social made to cast 4 resists buffs on you every dispell was $$

Thank you so much, I was able to kill the sleeper with just my group with this advice. Going back and killing everything with just my group and not a guild of people is leading me to all kinds of interesting problems. On to Tier 4 with just my guys next.
