[RESOLVED] Items with worn effect that aren't working.

So far i am aware of 3 items that have a worn effect that isn't working and or probably shouldn't be.

Ancient Frozen Taelosian Blood Axe
Effect: Blinding Fear (Worn)
1 : Effect type : Stun: (6s)
2 : Effect type : Blindness
Target :Area of effect around the target
Resist : Unresistable (adjust: 0)

Suggestion: should maybe just remove it from the weapon.

Ancient Leather Gloves
Effect: Wave of Hope (Worn)
1 : Effect type : Increase Hitpoints by 20000
Target : Group

Suggestion: I assume it was suppose to be a clicky group heal with a long CD so either make it work like that or change the effect to a combat effect (only Cleave X found on the rest of the Ancient Leather set)

Ancient Frozen Taelosian Blood Axe: Removed the worn effect. It was completely useless and did nothing anyway.

Ancient Leather Gloves: Changed the Worn effect to a click effect. It is now clickable from inventory with a 3 minute cool down, .5 sec cast time.

Dark Moonstone Mind Scepter: Went digging in the code and verified that the overhaste from worn effects is working. The mystats window was just not accounting for it properly.
