Monk Donor BP not giving the combat ability portion randomly

This has been happening for the past week or so but it has been much more common in the past two days.

Randomly when clicking on Asheint, Cloak of Tranquility the icon will grey out and start the cooldown timer and I will get the buff icon however I do not get combat ability portion (Way of Serenity) in my combat ability box.

I have made sure that I do not have any other disc running as a force of habit before clicking because I did try and click it with something running about 50 times due to being a dumbass

As I mentioned its random, it happened 5 times today.
The client being used is UF, I have the same issue on two separate computers (home windows 7 / work windows xp)
The zone doesn't seem to matter and when i do notice it happen I am not lagging noticeably.

Characters name is Bate if that helps any.

Any ideas?

I too have noticed this, however even with the BP grey'ed out, it will still click as the timer hasn't begun.

I will have to give that a try, I always just gave up and used another disc / clicky.

It's the same on the Rogue donor bp and other item clickies with visible cooldown timers. Usually clicking it a few times more will get it to fire if it didn't the first time. If you've used it before the real cooldown has been met, you'll get a message telling you the spell recast time has not been met.
