I do see your point with that, but my point is this:

If you make it too cheap, you take away godly point farming entirely. No one would do their farming in HoH due to the lack of dropables you can sell for plat. I could farm godly points faster by doing hivequeen, kodiaks, ldons or velketor's castle even. I don't think it'd be right to have it easier to farm gems/plat in a zone as it would be to outright farm the godly points. I think this is a fair medium to allow people into the zone faster any way you look at it, i'm not going to give you the "5 miles to HoH/DSK3 in the snow... uphill" speech, but by making them that cheap, you eliminate the idea of anyone ever going into HoH to farm at all since augs drop off all bosses in T8 anyways.

I get your point, I really do :)
But to me what you completly forget (or underestimate)that people will have to hunt in HoH anyway for their SOLO task, GROUP task and RAID task to get Chaos access.
And augment drops from nadox boss or other zones aren't as good as hoh augs on many pieces (ears, rings, bp, leggs are things that come to right away, not mention other good ones) and don't always drop the way you want from the boss.

So making it cheap, again, doesnt bother me for that, but I don't say I'm right.

The dropped augs that I'm referring to are the same ones that are quested in HoH. Also, on any given day, you can buy a chaos mask/flag for 500k (or possibly less) from many people that have them laying around.

Havent seen any chaos mask being sold for 500k sorry, ever. The only ones that I have seen sold were either in exchange of donor stuff, or added to some augs for donor stuff, or for over 2 millions pp (because as you mentionned, symbols were being sold for 10 k per symbols, which makes Chaos Mask worthes 3 000 000 pp).

And yeah I know what you meant by symbols. I just said that you can't really rely on hoh or nadox boss to get those augments since it's totally random (radiant or glowing and many pieces).

I like your prices... WTS 11 Chaos flags, PM me!

Edit: Sarcasm aside, there's been a gentleman with a chaos flag on the bazaar for the last few months unless it's someone with many toons that keeps posting them as they sell. It's been there night and day for a million plat, even during the entire Christmas event.

I did the math.

Character with zero points and HoH access.
With the Price of 8000 plat per 50-point Symbols of Gods

DSk3 for 2.000.000 Plat + Bazaarprice for one Djinn Points
A) Buy a Double Point Djnn Potions
B) Buy 250 Symbols of Gods (50-point) = 2.000.000 Plat
C) Click Djinn Potions
D) Turn-in 250 Symbols
E) Buy DSK3-Map

DSK3 for 2.400.000 Plat
Alternate way with Amulet of the Djinn Lords
A) Buy 300 Symbols
B) Turn-in 50 Symbols
C) Buy Amulet
D) Click amulet
E) Turn-in 250 Symbols
F) Buy DSK3-Map

DSK3 and Evoluted Items (Armors Rings, Neck and Weapon) for Smart People (Djinn Points Version) - 4mill plat
First buy Items with 5 evolving Stages (Armor, Weapons) the Jewelry (4 Stages)

Armor (BP, Leg, Arms, Hands, Feet, Head, One Wrist) = 7x 3000 = 21.000
Weapons (2x) = 1.000
Jewelry (3x) = 3.000

Summary
25.000 Points for (almost) complet Set of HoH Items
25.000 Points for DSK3 Map

A) Buy 500 Symbols of Gods (50-points) = 4.000.000 Plat
B) Click Djinn Points
C) Turn-in the 1st 30 Symbols (3.000 Points), and buy BP
D) Turn-in the next 30 Symbols (3.000 Points) and buy 2nd Armor (at this point, the BP has level 2)
E) and so on.

After Turn-in of 18.000 Points (3.000 to buy BP and 15.000 Points later, the BP is fully leveled)
After Turn-in of 21.000 Points (3.000 to buy Legs and 15.000 Points later, the Legs are fully leveled)
After Turn-in of 24.000 Points (3.000 to buy 3rd Item and 15.000 Points later, the 3rd Item is fully leveled)
After Turn-in of 25.000 Points all evoluting items are bought

After Turn-in of 27.000 Points - 4th 3k-Item is leveled
After Turn-in of 30.000 Points - 5th 3k-Item is leveled
After Turn-in of 33.000 Points - 6th 3k-Item is leveled
After Turn-in of 36.000 Points - 7th 3k-Item is leveled
After Turn-in of 37.000 Points - all armors are leveled (one wrist) - 1st weapon is leveled
After Turn-in of 38.000 Points - all armors are leveled (one wrist) - 2st weapon is leveled
After Turn-in of 38.500 Points - all armors, weapons are leveled (one wrist) - 1st jewelry is leveled
After Turn-in of 39.000 Points - all armors, weapons are leveled (one wrist) - 2nd jewelry is leveled
After Turn-in of 39.500 Points - all armors, weapons, jewelry are leveled (one wrist)
After Turn-in of 50.000 Points - Buy DSK3-Map

all for 4,000.000 Plat (with the base price of 8k per symbol) and Djinns Points (or 400k more for Amulet)

Correct or i am wrong ?

That sounds about right. But who in their right mind would do that except for a small number of players who have millions and millions rotting in their banks, just to forego the grind fest in HoH on alts that will likely be their 13-18th fully scripted toons. And that's really all they're "passing up" in HoH, the monotonous grind fest. As stated earlier, everyone still needs to do HoH for various reasons even if they plopped down big $$ to max evolve their items prematurely. Augs/Marbles/Spells/Boss kills/loot. All *need* to be done.

The symbols for plat is an unbelievably great idea and I'm not sure why it took this long to come up with it ;) Was kinda staring us in the face. Price should by no means be more than 5k, however. 2k seems very reasonable. But I'll stop beating the dead horse :P

Maybe I haven't read correctly or am I not in the mood to (RL probs here).
DSK3 map = 25 000 points.

25 000 / 50 (symbol value) = 500 symbols.

500 x 8 000 = 4 000 000 pp

For the only DSK3 access, without djinn potion, without armor, without Chaos access.

Edit : As I Said, RL things made me forget about the double xp thing. So it's divided by 2, so it's 2 000 000 :) As always you are right Wormeye :)

I'll save you the trouble on this one.

We'll go 27,500 and throw in the necklace as the first purchase.

2500 / 50 = 50 symbols

Then you only need half on the next 25,000 points; So take your 500 symbols and divide that in half = 250 + the initial 50 for the necklace = 300 without having purchased a potion or anything on the front end.

300 x 8000 = 2,400,000

I still fully support the idea of them being sold for no less than 5k per symbol. It's overly reasonable in my opinion
