One account taking much longer to login

Is there any reason why one of my accounts would take 3-5 minutes longer to load up from character select than any of my others?
I have tried on two different computers with the same result.

Zoning is much closer time wise with maybe a 5-10 second delay for Bate if they all zone at once.

I use the same EQ directory for all toons.

It doesn't matter which order I load them in, Bate always takes the longest.
Some character names:
Bate - 3-5 mins
Kura - 1 min
Outah - 1 min
Cerki - 1 min

ini file sizes:
Bate - 4kb
Kura - 3kb
Cerki - 3kb
Outah -3kb

Using underfoot client, have tried on XP and Windows 7

Renew your ini and setup file for bate.
Also if you are using MQ2, recopy clean macrofiles from time to time, i do that every 4 weeks (save the ini-files before).

Sounds easy enough.
Just rename the ini to .old or whatever and log back in right?

Yeah and try if you load faster, next step would be to try it with default UI if you are using different ones on your toons

Check the count of AA's on each toon. My warrior with 1500ish aa's takes a ton longer to load than any of my other toons

webtools/magelo/aas.php?char=Mojak

vs

webtools/magelo/aas.php?char=Mojmonk

is about a 1 minute difference in zoning.

From what I understand, each toons aa's have to be re-loaded upon zoning. One of the devs can correct me if im wrong.

and Hey all THF! Long time no see :)

^---I've generally found this to be true as well. Loading a toon with nearly 2k AAs vs. one with 200, the one with 200 loads/zones nearly instantly, the one with every single AA purchased takes 4-5x as long ;)

Well deleting the ini didn't do much but come to think of it the monk is around 3700ish aa vs the next highest the shaman with 1700 so maybe there is something around the 2k aa mark.

Time to go make some AA potions I guess.

Thanks

Doubt banked AAs would have much of an effect, would probably be the spent AAs (having to load the effect each time you zone.)

I'm curious to know if the AA count is a factor. I just created a new toon and got to 70 the other day. ZERO AA's so far on this new toon and the zone loading time is blazing fast compared to all my other toons. When I zone 12 at a time, this new toon is standing around waiting for the other 11 to show up.
