then if it's true (could use a confirmation from Gms), I don't understand the point of putting + BS augment on Kerani/4th july mask, Zenurix/Xmas belt, Dorvias rogue only cloak, Dolgrem/Xmas ring and I forget a lot of them...

Logic would dictate that bs damage takes the highest value from all gear and use that but I go only off what others say here.

About 30 slots, as we can have multiple 2.5 augs it's not a big deal but a 3.1 30 slot would be nice.

That's a posibility and would make sense. I'll get on and test that later too. Unless a GM gives us an answer. *poke*

I can confirm that only the main hand BS damage is taken into account when calculating the damage.

However, we can easily expand the coding to search through the other slots to find the highest valued BS and use that instead. Will start writing up the code now :)
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

Code expanded to search through all equipped slots and find the highest value to use. Didn't have time to test it, but should be able to this coming week before the reboot on Wednesday.

If all goes well, you all can expect to see the change in the reboot.

Finding the highest value won't really change anything though as I don't think an armor slot will have over 30 BS dmg, whereas all weapons of any calibre are 50-63 BS dmg?

So with all slots reading BS dmg rather than just the main hand, are you saying that rogues will be doing even more BS damage now!?

No Beat, he said that the code will scan your whole inventory (instead of main hand) to look for the highest BS value and take it into account. Won't change anything for donor weapon rogue and maybe even those wielding HoH evolved dagger (forgot BS bonus on it), but maybe some lower levels rogue will have a higher BS value on mask for example, than on their main.

It will make more sense than before since highest value will be taken into account, no matter where it is located. But bonus won't stack together no. So high end rogues won't do more dps than they actually do.
